Sustainability Ratings
Since 2003, Investa has sought accredited ratings on our Commercial Office Portfolio to accurately assess the OH&S and environmental impacts of our buildings. As well as measuring our actual performance, these ratings help us to define and set operational performance targets and allow us to disclose and report on our performance to stakeholders.
NABERS Energy
Our weighted average National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) Energy Rating has improved by 1.36 stars since 2003/04.
