Green Lease Guide
The Green Lease Guide is the product of a partnership between the Department of Environment & Conservation (NSW), the City of Melbourne, the City of Sydney, the Institute for Sustainable Futures at UTS and Investa. We initiated the Green Lease Guide to help tenants who share our commitment to creating highly productive and environmentally friendly workspace better appreciate the range of benefits that can come from collaboration. The Guide is being widely distributed and hard copies can be sourced from any of the partners.

Investa Greenhouse Guarantee
Many of our office building tenants want to minimise their greenhouse emissions through better energy management but lack the resources or experience to turn aspiration into action. The Investa Greenhouse Guarantee helps make the transition to energy efficient offices as painless, cost-effective and risk-free for government and private sector tenants as possible.
By introducing the latest energy-saving technologies and challenging management practices, the Guarantee can provide strong rates of return on investment, slash energy costs and help demonstrate corporate social responsibility all within a risk-free framework.
Tenants can enter into the Guarantee at any point during their tenancy.
- For existing Investa tenants, this might mean a tune-up through the introduction of energy efficient devices.
- For new Investa tenants, the Guarantee is introduced as an integral part of design and fitout.
