Green Lease Guide
The Green Lease Guide is the product of a partnership between the Department of Environment & Conservation (NSW), the City of Melbourne, the City of Sydney, the Institute for Sustainable Futures at UTS and Investa. We initiated the Green Lease Guide to help tenants who share our commitment to creating highly productive and environmentally friendly workspace better appreciate the range of benefits that can come from collaboration. The Guide is being widely distributed and hard copies can be sourced from any of the partners.
The Green Lease Certificate has been developed to support the Green Lease Guide. It is individually tailored for each lease and expresses the tenant's and landlord's Green Lease commitments. The attractive design makes it suitable for display to staff and visitors at the entrance to tenants' offices.
