Investa recognises that the fundamental purpose of office buildings is to provide a productive and effective place for people to work. While we don't directly determine the design of our tenants' office accommodation, by supplying the space, air, lighting, access and other services we have a large role to play.

We differentiate our buildings by delivering higher quality services that reflect what people want. This goes beyond the obvious provisions such as air conditioning, cleaning and lifts to include enhanced amenities and better environmental performance.

We believe the best outcomes for us and for our tenants are achieved through a cooperative approach.

From Leadership To Action Seminars

Investa partnered up with WWF, City of Sydney and City of Melbourne to host breakfast seminars, recently held in Sydney and Melbourne to educate tenants on how to minimise the cost and greenhouse impact of their office accommodation. Provides tenants with a useful framework to design an environmentally friendly and energy efficient tenancy. An energy saving initiative for tenants that helps make the transition to energy efficient offices as painless and cost-effective as possible.
