Investa Residential is one of the largest residential property developers in Australia. The acquisition of CPG Australia, completed in September 2005, provided Investa with exposure to the NSW residential market, expanding its total landholding to over 13,000 residential lots. In addition, Investa acquired a contract housing business which delivers a complete residential product, complementing Investa's existing residential business and providing new income streams.

Investa Residential has three distinct divisions: Investa Housing, Investa Residential Developments and Investa Residential Estates.

Investa Housing incorporates Clarendon Homes, providing us with the ability to incorporate integrated housing solutions across our landholdings and increases the expertise available to create whole communities.

Investa Residential Developments specialises in infill, medium density and lifestyle housing developments such as golf course estates and master planned communities. At the forefront of residential property development and with a reputation for designing unique lifestyle solutions, we currently have over 1,000 dwellings in the pipeline, either in the design, development or construction stage.

Investa Residential Estates provides earnings through the progressive development and sale of englobo land holdings. These large projects are carried out over a long time frame, in some cases for over ten years.

Our residential acquisition strategy continues to target affordable land predominantly on the urban fringe of Australia's capital cities. Each market is weighed for its emerging opportunities.
