Management Philosophy
Investa provides asset, properties and facilities management services to its real estate investment portfolio as well as to properties owned by funds managed by the Group. As Investa holds real estate licences in NSW, Victoria and Queensland, we are able to undertake a range of activities including property management, leasing, rent reviews and lease renegotiations, contract administration and engineering services in those states.
The primary objective of the asset management business is to ensure that the highest level of asset management services are provided to Investa, its clients and tenants, so as to optimise the performance of those assets. Performance is measured in terms of financial results, compliance in respect of occupational health and safety standards, property industry benchmarks and customer satisfaction as measured by tenant surveys.
Investa Property Group currently manages 51 properties across Australia. External agents, under the guidance and supervision of the Group's asset managers, manage properties located outside of these areas or where properties are held in joint ventures.
