A snapshot of our investments

Investa Property Trust is the cornerstone of Investa Property Group with interests in 33 office assets across Australia.

The portfolio aims to deliver consistent and growing income through active internal management and diverse investments across the Australian office markets. The portfolio is predominantly weighted to the larger Australian office markets of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with mostly premium and A-grade office assets.

The acquisition of the Telstra office portfolio in 2002 and the takeover of the Principal Office Fund in 2003, together with strategic acquisitions, have increased our portfolio from 11 office assets with an end value of $1.3 billion in 2001 to its current size of 33 office assets worth in excess of $4 billion.

Development activity will continue to be a key strategy for the future following the completion of the Foster & Partners designed 126 Phillip Street development this year. This development will see Australia's newest and most prestigious office tower enter the portfolio.

The portfolio will continue to target development and investment opportunities to complement and enhance the existing portfolio.
