Commercial Developments operates along Australia's eastern seaboard in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland with activities spread over multiple projects. At 1 January 2008, the division controls close to 1,000ha of industrial land and over 100,000m2 of potential office accommodation. Over a relatively short period, the business has grown to a scale where it manages a development pipeline in excess of $2 billion.

Having acquired a substantial land bank, the focus for Commercial Developments has now shifted to delivering consistent and sustainable development profits in a manner which optimises capital efficiency.
